Fit out works

We doing the process of making an interior space suitable for occupation. It includes electrical, mechanical, decorating and furnishing that's undertaken by the tenant that's leasing the space from the developer or landlord.

Electrical systems

Air-conditioning is that process used to create and maintain certain temperature, relative humidity and air purity conditions in indoor spaces. This process is typically applied to maintain a level of personal comfort.

Automatic Doors

Automated or Automatic doors require a sensor that detects when the door needs to open. When the sensor detects a cue, it then sends a signal to the door operating mechanism. After receiving that signal, the mechanism opens the door.

Plumbing works

Our Plumbers install and repair pipes and fixtures that carry water, gas, or other fluids in homes and businesses. They also maintain plumbing fixtures like bathtubs and toilets and appliances such as dishwashers or heating systems.

Gypsum Works

We assist in the installation of gypsum boards around columns leaving a gap as instructed in specifications. Assist in the setting out furring profiles with equal spacing in between to meet installation specifications and in the setting out datum grid lines and levels to lay frames within specified tolerance.

Painting Works

Our painters apply paint, stain, and coatings to walls or ceilings. Although their duties are relatively direct, they are efficient in their work. They work indoors in buildings and outdoors on structures like bridges.

Shades & Interlock

We doing shades and interlock works. An interlock is a feature that makes the state of two mechanisms or functions mutually dependent. It may consist of any electrical, or mechanical devices or systems. In most applications, an interlock is used to help prevent any damage to the machine or to the operator handling the machine.
